Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Return costs, including a restocking and shipping fee, will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a quality issue (e.g., defective or damaged items).
Our Responsibility: If the item is confirmed to have a quality issue, we will cover all return shipping fees.

Return Fees (Ireland):

E-Bike Returns: €180 (includes restocking and shipping fees)
E-Scooter Returns: €99 (includes restocking and shipping fees)
Kids’ E-Bikes and E-Scooters: €60 (includes restocking and shipping fees)

Important: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
