• Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours after confirmation (Monday to Friday).
• All items are dispatched from our warehouse, carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Delivery Options

Express Delivery

• Delivery Time: 1–5 working days (excluding weekends).

Standard Delivery

• Delivery Time: 5–10 working days (excluding weekends).

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, we'll provide a tracking number via email.
• You can use the tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment.

General Return Policy

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

• Be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
• Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: Items showing any signs of use, assembly, or damage are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: Return costs, including a restocking and shipping fee, will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a quality issue (e.g., defective or damaged items).
• Our Responsibility: If the item is confirmed to have a quality issue, we will cover all return shipping fees.

Return Fees (Ireland):

• E-Bike Returns: €180 (includes restocking and shipping fees)
• E-Scooter Returns: €99 (includes restocking and shipping fees)
• Kids’ E-Bikes and E-Scooters: €60 (includes restocking and shipping fees)

Important: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
