Standard Delivery

• Delivery Time: 5–10 working days (excluding weekends).

General Return Policy

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

• Be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
• Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: Items showing any signs of use, assembly, or damage are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: Return costs, including a restocking and shipping fee, will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a quality issue (e.g., defective or damaged items).
• Our Responsibility: If the item is confirmed to have a quality issue, we will cover all return shipping fees.

Return Fees (Ireland):

• E-Bike Returns: €180 (includes restocking and shipping fees)
• E-Scooter Returns: €99 (includes restocking and shipping fees)
• Kids’ E-Bikes and E-Scooters: €60 (includes restocking and shipping fees)

Important: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
